My name  is Laurie, I’m a BSIT(Bachelor of Science in Information and Technology) graduate and I’ve been a Virtual Assistant for almost 4 years now. I've gained various skills and abilities from working with different clients and tasks. Among them are project management, email and chat support, data entry, writing/rewriting/spinning articles, blog posting, assisting in WordPress site building, and many more.
 
I was first a Project Manager of a Modeling industry. I managed the developers, designers, support representative, and writers; making sure that all website and customer-related issues are taken care of and resolved soonest possible. I also checked our writers’ work, her casting calls and blog posts, filtering those that contain direct contact information and posts that originally came from competitor sites.
 
In addition to checking with the writers and the technical team, I also assist our support representative in responding to emails and live chat, and often took over especially when she’s on leave and absent.
 
I also became a Writer and Customer Support Representative. I wrote blog posts, mostly software reviews and how-tos. After completing my daily quota, I responded to support tickets using Cerberus, helping customers with order, billing, installation, download, and other customer-related issues. On my spare time, I help setup product pages and quotations.
 
My tasks with my other clients involves data entry and writing, rewriting, and spinning articles. I wrote articles with all sorts of topic, from panic, HCG Diet, yoga, day trading, solar panels, real estate, to course descriptions.
